ZNF804A antibody detects ZNF804A protein by western blot analysis. U87-MG whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZNF804A antibody (GTX130124) at a dilution of 1:1000.

Overexpression

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZNF804A antibody (GTX130124) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
