Zika virus NS2B protein antibody detects Zika virus NS2B protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Vero cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 30 min.
Green: Zika virus NS2B stained by Zika virus NS2B protein antibody (GTX133318) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Vero whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS2B protein antibody (GTX133318) diluted at 1:15000.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS2B protein antibody (GTX133318) diluted at 1:4000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
