Non-infected (–) and infected (+) C6/36 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [GT285] (GTX644976) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
