Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4878] detects Zika virus NS3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Virus infected cells.
Green: Zika virus NS3 protein stained by Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4878] (GTX644943) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4878] (GTX644943) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.

Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4878] (GTX644943) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
