Sample: Mock and transfected Expi293 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Zika virus NS3 protein stained by Zika virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX133320) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Immunofluorescent analysis of arboviruses infected cells using Zika virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX133320).
Samples: EUROIMMUN Arboviral Fever Mosaic 2 slide (FR 2668-1010-1).
Green: Zika virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX133320) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Vero whole cell extracts were separated by gradient gel, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX133320) diluted at 1:2500.
