For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. An incubation of 30 minutes at RT is recommended. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.

A serine protease inhibitor, its primary function is the protection of lung tissue from the action of neutrophil elastase. The average level of alpha 1 Antitrypsin in plasma is 1.3 g/l.
