KO/KD

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with beta 2 Microglobulin antibody [N1C3] (GTX101314) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
