Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neurons were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.

Immunoprecipitation of beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 protein from SK-N-SH whole cell extracts using 5 μg of beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 antibody (GTX130245).
Western blot analysis was performed using beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 antibody (GTX130245).

The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 antibody (GTX130245) diluted at 1:50000.
