Cellular Localization

Nucleus

Background

This gene is the putative transforming gene of avian sarcoma virus 17. It encodes a protein which is highly similar to the viral protein, and which interacts directly with specific target DNA sequences to regulate gene expression. This gene is intronless and is mapped to 1p32-p31, a chromosomal region involved in both translocations and deletions in human malignancies. [provided by RefSeq]

GTX134395 WB Image

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Jun antibody (GTX134395) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Anti-c-Jun antibody used in Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). GTX134395

GTX134395 ICC/IF Image

c-Jun antibody detects c-Jun protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: c-Jun stained by c-Jun antibody (GTX134395) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
