eIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) antibody [HL5614]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with eIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) antibody [HL5614] (GTX646296) diluted at 1:1000 and eIF2 alpha antibody [N1C3] (GTX101241) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
