mTOR (phospho Ser2448) antibody

Untreated (–) and treated (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with mTOR (phospho Ser2448) antibody (GTX132803) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

mTOR (phospho Ser2448) antibody detects mTOR (phospho Ser2448) protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis in the presence of control peptide (left) or antigen-specific peptide (right).
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung cancer.
mTOR (phospho Ser2448) stained by mTOR (phospho Ser2448) antibody (GTX132803) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

mTOR (phospho Ser2448) antibody detects mTOR (phospho Ser2448) protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: mTOR (phospho Ser2448) stained by mTOR (phospho Ser2448) antibody (GTX132803) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
