Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p130Cas antibody [N2C2], Internal (GTX100605) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: BCAR1 protein stained by BCAR1 antibody [N2C2], Internal (GTX100605) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
