p38 MAPK (phospho Thr180/Tyr182) antibody [HL3344]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with p38 MAPK (phospho Thr180/Tyr182) antibody [HL3344] (GTX641116) diluted at 1:1000 and p38 MAPK antibody [HL1006] (GTX635797) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant p38 beta / MAPK11 non-phospho peptide, p38 beta / MAPK11 phospho Thr180 peptide, p38 beta / MAPK11 phospho Tyr182 peptide, p38 beta / MAPK11 phospho Thr180/Tyr182 peptide, p38 gamma / MAPK12 non-phospho peptide, p38 gamma / MAPK12 phospho Thr183 peptide, p38 gamma / MAPK12 phospho Tyr185 peptide, p38 gamma / MAPK12 phospho Thr183/Tyr185 peptide, p38 delta / SAPK4 / MAPK13 non-phospho peptide, p38 delta / SAPK4 / MAPK13 phospho Thr180 peptide, p38 delta / SAPK4 / MAPK13 phospho Tyr182 peptide, p38 delta / SAPK4 / MAPK13 phospho Thr180/Tyr182 peptide, p38 MAPK / MAPK14 non-phospho peptide, p38 MAPK / MAPK14 phospho Thr180 peptide, p38 MAPK / MAPK14 phospho Tyr182 peptide, and p38 MAPK / MAPK14 phospho Thr180/Tyr182 peptide (62.5 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with p38 MAPK (phospho Thr180/Tyr182) antibody [HL3344] (GTX641116) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
