p53 (R175H Mutant) antibody [HL1129]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p53 (R175H Mutant) antibody [HL1129]  (GTX636395) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p53 (R175H Mutant) antibody [HL1129]  (GTX636395) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

p53 (R175H Mutant) antibody [HL1129] detects p53 (R175H Mutant) protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: p53 (R175H Mutant) stained by p53 (R175H Mutant) antibody [HL1129] (GTX636395) diluted at 1:1900.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
