Immunoprecipitation of p53 protein. HCT116 lysates with 30uM cisplatin treatment for 24 hours were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal mouse IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-p53 antibody (GTX70216). (A) Input, 20ug of HCT116 lysate. The precipitated protein was detected by GTX70216 diluted at 1:10000. EasyBlot anti-Mouse IgG Kit (GTX225857-01) was used in Western blot.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p53 antibody [Pab1801] (GTX70216) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

p53 antibody [Pab1801] detects p53 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: p53 stained by p53 antibody [Pab1801] (GTX70216) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
