p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) antibody [HL3817]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) antibody [HL3817] (GTX642041) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) antibody [HL3817] detects p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) stained by p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) antibody [HL3817] (GTX642041) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant RSK1 non-phospho peptide, RSK1 (phospho Ser380) peptide, RSK2 non-phospho peptide, RSK2 (phospho Ser386) peptide, RSK3 non-phospho peptide, and RSK3 (phospho Ser377) peptide (62.5- ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with p90 RSK (phospho Ser380) antibody [HL3817] (GTX642041) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
