p90 RSK1 (phospho Thr359) antibody [HL3429]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant RSK1 non-phospho peptide, RSK1 (phospho Thr359) peptide, RSK2 non-phospho peptide, RSK2 (phospho Thr365) peptide, RSK3 non-phospho peptide, RSK3 (phospho Thr356) peptide, RSK4 non-phospho peptide, and RSK4 (phospho Thr368) peptide (15.63- ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with p90 RSK1 (phospho Thr359) antibody [HL3429] (GTX641271) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with p90 RSK1 (phospho Thr359) antibody [HL3429] (GTX641271) diluted at 1:1000 and p90 RSK1 antibody (GTX105842) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
