Application Note

IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IRMA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Is unsuitable for IHC-P. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Product Note

Recognizes C-terminal region of all endothelins (amino acid residues 15-21) when used as a capture antibody in IRMA assays. Does not cross-react with "big" endothelin.
