Histone H2A.XS139ph (phospho Ser139) antibody

Histone H2A.XS139ph (phospho Ser139) antibody detects Histone H2A.XS139ph (phospho Ser139) protein on whole mount zebrafish by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraformaldehyde-fixed 1 day-post-fertilization zebrafish embryo.
Green: Histone H2A.XS139ph (phospho Ser139) stained by Histone H2A.XS139ph (phospho Ser139) antibody (GTX127342) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-HCl buffer, pH 9.0, 20 min at 70ºC

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Zebrafish embryos extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H2A.XS139ph (phospho Ser139) antibody (GTX127342) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

H2afx antibody detects H2afx protein at nucleus on UV-irradiated whole-mount zebrafish embryos (under panel) by immunohistochemical analysis.
