Summary This antibody recognizes the beta 4 epitope on hCG. It is also reactive with hCG beta, hCG betacf (fragment), hCGn (nicked), hCG betan, CTP-hCG, CTP-hCG beta. It has minor cross reactivity with hLH and hLH beta. No cross reaction is observed with hFSH, hTSH, or the glycoprotein hormone alpha chains.

Summary When tested by ELISA, this antibody is specific for intact-hCG and its beta subunit. Does not cross react with hCG alpha subunit.
