Adrenal gland - Adrenal cortical adenoma containing few CD7 positive T-lymphocytes.
Kidney - Clear cell renal cell carcinoma containing a moderate number of CD7 positive T-lymphocytes.
Kidney - Papillary renal cell carcinoma (type I) with a focal infiltrate of CD7 positive T-lymphocytes.
Lymph node - B-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia with intermingled CD7 positive T-cells.
Lymph node - Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with intermingled CD7 positive T-cells.
Lymph node - Follicular B-cell lymphoma containing a large number of CD7 positive T-lymphocytes.
Lymph node - Large cell anaplastic T-cell lymphoma with strong CD7 expression of tumor cells.

Stomach - Gastric adenocarcinoma (intestinal type) with a focal, moderate to strong, predominantly membranous CD7 positivity of cancer cells.
Stomach - Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) containing few CD7 positive T-lymphocytes.
