Summary This antibody recognizes both native and recombinant bovine IFN gamma.

Summary Recognizes the clathrin heavy chain from a diverse range of species. In nervous tissue it crossreacts with another coated vesicle polypeptide of 190kD which is not present in isolated clathrin triskelions. In some epithelial cells of certain species the antibody may crossreact with a cytokeratin component. It detects coated vesicles from different organs and tissues (e.g. brain, ovary, mammary gland)

Summary Does not crossreact with desmoglein 1 or desmoglein 2 protein.

Summary Western blotting demonstrated that this antibody reacts with the dimeric (25 kDa) and monomeric (12.5 kDa.) forms of TGF-beta under both non-reducing and reducing conditions respectively. This antibody recognizes both human platelet-derived and recombinant TGF-beta in ELISA.
