Summary The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 90 kDa. Recognizes the glycoprotein gp lllbcorresponding to the thrombospondin receptor. This antibody agglutinates fetal but not adult erythrocytes. Itdoes not react with lymphocytes and granulocytes. It reacts both with fetal and adult monocytes,megakaryocytes, platelets and reticulocytes. The thrombospondin receptor is a very early marker oferythroid differentiation.

Summary This antibody binds human D-dimer. Cross-reacts < 2% with directly coated D-monomer but not with directly coated fibrinogen.
