FSD Fluor™ 594 Antibody Labeling Kit

GeneTex FSD Fluor™ antibody labeling kits provide a simple and rapid method to covalently label antibodies with FSD Fluor™ NHS ester fluorescent dyes by way of the ε-amino group of lysines. The protocol requires only 10 minutes of hands-on time and the conjugated antibody is ready to use within one hour. The kits can be used with GeneTex antibodies, recombinant proteins, and biomolecules that are in PBS-only buffer or in PBS buffer with up to 20% glycerol.

Antibody Requirements for Conjugation :

The FSD Fluor™ 594 Antibody Labeling Kit is available in two packing sizes. The 3 x 25 μg package contains three vials of FSD Fluor™ 594 labeling reagents, each capable of labeling 25 μg of antibody. The 1 x 100 μg package contains one vial of FSD Fluor™ 594 labeling reagents, capable of labeling 100 μg of antibody.
