Summary The monoclonal antibody 23C11 recognizes oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1). Monoclonal antibody 23C11 neutralizes LOX-1 and inhibits Hsp70 binding to dendritic cells and Hsp70-induced antigen cross-presentation. In vivo, targeting LOX-1 with a tumor antigen using anti-LOX-1 antibody 23C11 induces anti-tumor immunity.

Summary This antibody reacts with native form of human HLA-G1 on the cell surface as well as with soluble HLA-G5 isoform in its beta2-microglobulin associated form. Reactivity with HLA-G3 was also reported. The antibody MEM-G/9 is standard reagent thoroughly validated during 3rd International Conference on HLA-G (Paris, 2003).

Summary This antibody reacts with CD14, a 53-55 kDa GPI (glycosylphosphatidylinositol)-linked membrane glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages and weakly on granulocytes; also expressed by most tissue macrophages. In human, the epitope recognized by MEM-18 is located between amino acids 57-64.
