Summary This antibody detects all known long-form variants of PDE4A, including PDE4A4, PDE4A5, PDE4A8, PDE4Ax when phosphorylated at the PKA phosphorylation site. It will not cross-react with PDE4A phosphorylated at the ERK phosphorylation site. It does not cross-react with other members of the PDE family including PDE4B or PDE4D.

Summary The antibody specifically reacts with the cytoplasm of human endothelial cells from normal and neoplastic blood and from lymphatic vessels. It also reacts with human endocardium, platelets and megakaryocytes. It may be used for immunohistological studies of the vascular structures in frozen tissue preparations and enzymatically pre-digested, formalin, methacarn, Bouin′s or ethanol-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
