Summary This antibody reacts with wild type as well as mutant type of the p53 protein. It recognizes an epitope in the N-terminus of the human p53 protein. This antibody recognizes cell nuclei in which the p53 protein are generally localized. This antibody does not react with normal fibroblasts.
