Background

The protein encoded by this gene plays a crucial role in B-cell development. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia type 1, which is an immunodeficiency characterized by the failure to produce mature B lymphocytes, and associated with a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement. Anti-BTK antibody used in Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). GTX111592

GTX111592 ICC/IF Image

BTK antibody detects BTK protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: BTK stained by BTK antibody (GTX111592) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Anti-BTK antibody used in Western Blot (WB). GTX111592

GTX111592 WB Image

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BTK antibody (GTX111592) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
