APPLICATION

Application Note

Western blot - Use at 1:500 to 1:1,000 dilution. However, the investigator should determine the optimal dilution for a specific application such as immunohistochemistry.

Reacts with residues 483-488 [FPSDEFC] of the 63 kDa RSV and BRSV F protein. This sequence represents a neutralizing epitope and is 100% conserved among all known species.
