This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Tris/EDTA buffer pH 8.0 is recommended for this purpose.
Not tested in other applications.

The antibody binds to the beta chain, recognizing an epitope that is dependent upon expression of both CD8 alpha and CD8 beta.
