This gene encodes a protein that binds to microRNA-targeting sequences of mRNAs, inhibiting microRNA-mediated repression. DND1 antibody detects DND1 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DND1 antibody (GTX130960) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.
