APPLICATION

Application Note

IF: Use at a dilution of 1/1000 - 1/10000 (yeast cells). WB: Use at a dilution of 1/10000 - 1/50000 (yeast protein samples, ECL detection). Detects bands of approximately 47.1 kDa Lys 20p and 48.6 kDa Lys 21p. For non-ECL detection, use at a dilution of 1/1000 - 1/5000. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
