This NGF- beta is fully biologically active when compared to standards. The ED50 as measured by the dose-dependent induction of human TF-1 cell proliferation is typically 0.1–1 ng/ml
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml containing 1% HSA or BSA. The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4ºC for 2-7 days or store at –20ºC for future use.
Purity was assessed by SDS-PAGE (≥98%) and by HPLC (≥98%).
For laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.

Nerve growth factor-beta (NGF-beta) is a potent neurotrophic factor that supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells. The active form of human NGF-beta is a homodimer, non-glycosylated chain containing two identical 120 amino acid subunits, and having a molecular weight of 13.4 kDa.
