Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NIR1 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX108085) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

NIR1 antibody [C3], C-term detects PITPNM3 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in -20ºC 100% MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PITPNM3 protein stained by NIR1 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX108085) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
