Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ROBO2 antibody (GTX134119) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Paraffin-embedded neuroepithelium of mouse E10.5 embryo.
Green: ROBO2 stained by ROBO2 antibody (GTX134119) diluted at 1:500.
Red: SOX2, a neural progenitor marker, stained by SOX2 antibody [GT1352] (GTX627405) diluted at 1:250.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.

Red: Tau, stained by Tau antibody [GT287] (GTX634809) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
