Background

This gene encodes the nuclear protooncogene protein homolog of avian sarcoma viral (v-ski) oncogene. It functions as a repressor of TGF-beta signaling, and may play a role in neural tube development and muscle differentiation. [provided by RefSeq]

HCT116 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with SKI antibody (GTX133764) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-9140) diluted at 1:200. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
