Background

Required for the cytoplasmic dynein-driven retrograde movement of vesicles and organelles along microtubules. Dynein-dynactin interaction is a key component of the mechanism of axonal transport of vesicles and organelles.

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p130Cas antibody (GTX133337) diluted at 1:600. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
