Adrenal gland - Strong granular cytoplasmic CTLA4 immunostaining of adrenocortical cells (tolerable cross-reactivity). Staining is absent in medullary cells.
Adrenal gland - Weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic CTLA4 immunostaining of adrenocortical cells (tolerable cross-reactivity).
